Missing-item triage without inventing evidence

Organize around assessment objectives, not file names

A folder full of policies is not an assessment map. The assessor must reach findings on applicable objectives using Examine, Interview, and Test. Gridex maps available evidence and responsible people to those objectives so the organization can locate support and explain operation without relying on memory.

Separate final evidence from working material

DoD guidance states that evidence used for a MET finding must be in final form. Draft policies, unapproved procedures, and working papers should remain visible as open work rather than being quietly placed in the assessment package.

  • Confirm approvals, versions, dates, and source locations.
  • Identify the person who can explain each operating process.
  • Record which objectives rely on an ESP or inherited service.
  • Keep unresolved gaps explicit for the advisor and assessment team.

Make fieldwork easier without crossing the assessor line

Gridex can prepare indexes, interview rosters, artifact inventories, and client-owned exports. The C3PAO controls the assessment plan, evidence sampling, testing, and final findings.

Facts, not verdicts

Gridex organizes truthful evidence and prepares the handoff. Gridex does not backdate, fabricate, approve, interpret for the assessor, or represent that a requirement is MET.

Questions buyers ask

Frequently asked questions

Can Gridex tell us whether we will pass?

No. Only the authorized assessment process can issue findings. Gridex can show what is on file, stale, missing, unapproved, or awaiting a qualified decision.

Does every objective require a separate document?

No. Evidence may include documents, interviews, tests, mechanisms, and activities, and one item can support multiple objectives. The map records the relationship rather than forcing one file per row.
