Privacy Policy
Effective July 9, 2026 · last revised 2026-08-10 for the call-me-now voice demo
1. Overview
Gridex Inc. ("Gridex," "we," "our," or "us") operates the website at gridex.dev. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, how we use that information, and your rights with respect to it.
We do not operate user accounts. We collect information you submit only when you choose to send one of our two forms — the contact form, or the voice demo form at /try/voice/ — and section 2 describes each separately.
Separately from anything you submit, some information is collected automatically when you browse the site: analytics data through Google Analytics, and business-visitor identification through Apollo.io. That happens whether or not you ever use a form, and section 2 covers it. We do not sell personal information.
2. Information We Collect
The contact form. It may collect your name, work email, company, role, company size, what you are asking about, preferred meeting times, timezone, and the page you came from. It is not approved for credentials, network diagrams, or other sensitive material — please do not put any there.
The voice demo form (/try/voice/). It collects exactly:
- Your phone number — required so Gridex AI can place the product demo call you request.
- A random request identifier — created by the site endpoint to trace that one call request without putting your phone number in logs.
How it is used. The website endpoint normalizes the number and passes it with the request identifier to Gridex's voice control system, which uses the configured telephony provider to place the requested call. The website endpoint does not write the request to the site's lead database or send it by email.
How to have it deleted. Email ryan@gridex.dev and we delete the call request and associated operational record, subject to any record we must retain by law.
We also collect information automatically through two third-party services:
Google Analytics (GA4) — We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-Q3DRNNLDEB) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 collects: pages visited and time on page; IP-derived approximate geographic location (city and region level); browser type, device type, and operating system; referral source (how you found us); and site interaction events such as scrolls and clicks. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. Data is retained for 14 months (the GA4 default). Google may process this data on servers in the United States. For more information, see Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Apollo.io — We use Apollo.io's website visitor tracking to identify businesses visiting our site for B2B sales outreach purposes. Apollo may associate your visit with business contact information in their proprietary database. This data is used solely to identify businesses that may benefit from Gridex's services. For more information, see Apollo's privacy policy at https://www.apollo.io/privacy-policy.
3. Cookies
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) and potentially by Apollo.io. These cookies are used for analytics and visitor identification as described above. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect how the site functions for analytics purposes, though it will not affect your ability to read content.
4. How We Use Information
We use submitted contact information to respond, evaluate fit, prepare a requested call, scope a possible engagement, prevent abuse, and preserve the business record of the request. We use voice demo submissions only to place the product demo call you requested and operate that call — not for a mailing list or advertising. We use analytics and business-visitor information to understand which pages are useful, improve site performance and content, measure conversion paths, and identify businesses that may benefit from Gridex services.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information collected through our site may be accessible to: Google, as our analytics provider; Apollo.io, as our visitor identification provider; Cloudflare, which provides hosting and content delivery; and the telephony provider used only to place and operate a voice demo call you request. If Gridex configures an authorized lead-intake service, the contact form may send the same submission to that service solely so Gridex can respond. We may also disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Gridex, our users, or the public.
Voice demo records are handled as described in section 2 and are deleted on request subject to legal requirements. Contact submissions are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a possible business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Gridex restricts access to people and service providers who need it for those purposes.
6. California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): the right to know what personal information we collect about you and how it is used; the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions; the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information); and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at ryan@gridex.dev. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information processed through this website. The site is served exclusively over HTTPS and is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which includes DDoS protection and edge security. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of gridex.dev after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
