Managed Voice Operations

Your phone work, handled—without another system to run.

Tell us what you want callers to accomplish. Gridex would set up the number or forwarding, prepare the Agent, connect the tools you already use, test the calls, and keep the service working. Your team would not have to learn or maintain voice software. The Demo is in pilot; the managed service is not yet operating for customers.

How does my team see what happened?

Your team would not have another app to watch. After a call, Gridex is being built to send the useful result to an approved channel or inbox: what the caller needed, what happened, and whether a person still needs to act.

What can callers get done?

The same managed Agent is being built to answer and route, book, collect useful intake details, or support routine callers from approved business facts. A caller may start with a different need, but your business does not need a separate system for every call type.

Help the caller reach the right person. If nobody answers, give the caller a clear next step instead of a dead end.

Try it with routing →

Let callers book, move, or cancel an appointment using the times and rules your business approves.

Try it with scheduling →

Let the caller explain the situation once, then give your team a short summary with any missing details kept visible.

Try it with intake →

Use your approved business facts for routine questions, and send disputed, sensitive, or unsupported requests to a person.

Try it with support →

How does it connect to my business?

You could use a Gridex number, or keep your existing number and forward selected calls where your phone provider supports it. Gridex would help check the available path and prepare the connection. Your team would not need to run a Gridex dashboard either way.

Common questions

What do I have to run or configure?

You would not run a Gridex dashboard or maintain prompts and call flows. Your team would provide and approve the business rules, keep source facts and escalation contacts current, and grant or revoke the access the operation needs. Gridex would handle configuration, testing, monitoring, and upkeep for the managed service.

What happens when a call needs a human?

The operating rules would send it to a named person, your voicemail, or an approved on-call number rather than inventing an answer. The intended delivery method is published.

Do I have to give up my phone number?

Not necessarily. If your carrier or phone system supports the required forwarding conditions, you could keep your number and forward selected calls; those capabilities must be verified on the specific line. The other path is a Gridex number used as its own line.

Do I have to choose one call type first?

No. In the Demo, choose the outcome that makes the conversation easiest to begin with. The managed service is being designed around one Agent whose opening can change for routing, scheduling, support, intake, or overflow while its maintained knowledge stays shared. Start wherever your need starts.
